Jacque’s fascination with animals, the Native American culture and “Mother Earth” has always intrigued her. In the lower forth-eight she leans heavily towards the Navaho way of fashioning her jewelry, drawing, also from the Zuni influence. The natives inhabiting the Keni Peninsula in Alaska instructed her both in her beadwork and in their particular style of fashioning the ever popular dream-catchers.
